Payment

Payment must be received in full via paypal before goods are dispatched.

Delivery

Items under £15 in value will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery – I always get proof of postage. Orders over £15 in value will be sent via 1st class recorded delivery.
Should you require an item urgently please let me know and I can arrange for your item to be sent via Special Delivery.
Most items will be dispatched within 3 working days; any which have a longer lead time will have the details in the item description. For personalised/ bespoke items delivery times can be discussed when order is placed.
Items will be boxed in a pillow style gift box wrapped in tissue paper. Any which are too big for a box will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organza bag.

Refunds / Exchanges

I hope you will be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not pleased let me know as soon as possible. In this event I am happy to refund the price of your purchase or exchange the item on the condition the original item is returned to me in its packaging in the condition it was sold. Should you wish to return an item please let me know within 7 days of receiving your goods. Items need to be returned to me within 28 days of purchase.  I can not cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty when it reaches you.
Should an item not reach you in perfect condition please contact me asap and let me know what has happened.
I am sorry but I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or bespoke items made to order or any earrings due to hygiene reasons.
